Returns & Exchanges

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may return or exchange unused, unworn, unwashed items in original condition—with all tags and packaging intact—within 30 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made products (e.g., tailored suits), underwear, socks, fragrances, and redeemed or opened gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


3. Return Process

Please contact customer service first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or quality defect). For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return postage.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or suggest a comparable alternative.


7. Item Inspection

Returned items must be in pristine, resalable condition. Returns showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or missing components will be rejected and returned to you.


8. International Orders

Cross-border returns are not supported. All orders are eligible for delivery and returns only within mainland China.


9. Promotional Items

Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page during promotions are excluded from this policy.


10. Policy Interpretation

We reserve the right to interpret and apply this Returns Policy at our discretion, ensuring fairness while maintaining product integrity.
