Warranty Policy
At Noirva, we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our items and offer a one-year warranty on all eligible pieces. This warranty covers certain repairs and replacements under specific conditions outlined below.
Warranty Period
Every Noirva piece is covered by a complimentary one-year warranty, beginning from the confirmed delivery date of your order. The warranty applies to eligible manufacturing and craftsmanship-related issues under the conditions outlined below.
1. Stone Loss or Detachment
Center Stones & Stones 0.4ct or Larger
If a center stone or stone of 0.4ct or larger becomes detached but is recovered, please keep the stone safely and have the piece repaired by a trusted local jeweler. Once you provide a valid invoice or receipt, Noirva will reimburse the repair cost up to $100.
If the stone becomes detached and is lost, a replacement stone may be provided at 30% of the original order value. You may choose to have the replacement and repair completed locally with eligible repair costs reimbursed, or return the piece to us for service.
Accent Stones Under 0.4ct
For the first occurrence of an accent stone under 0.4ct becoming loose or lost, Noirva will provide the replacement stone at no additional cost. The stone may then be set by a trusted local jeweler.
Upon receipt of a valid invoice or receipt, we will reimburse the setting cost up to $100. This reimbursement is available once per order.
2. Loose Prongs
If the prongs securing your stone become loose, we recommend having them tightened by a trusted local jeweler as soon as possible to help prevent stone loss.
Noirva will reimburse the repair cost upon receipt of a valid invoice or receipt. This coverage is available once per order.
3. Plated Jewelry
Plated finishes naturally experience wear over time and may gradually change depending on wear habits, environment, and care.
If the plating on an eligible piece shows peeling or significant finish loss within six months of delivery, Noirva offers one complimentary re-plating service.
4. Individual Cases
The situations above cover our standard warranty circumstances. Jewelry can be affected by many different factors, so cases that fall outside these examples will be reviewed individually by our team based on the condition of the piece and the circumstances involved.
5. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty is intended to cover eligible manufacturing and craftsmanship-related issues. Damage caused by external factors, accidental impact, improper handling, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect and may fall outside warranty coverage.
