No Fixed Starting Price
Every project is quoted individually according to design complexity, materials, gemstones, and scale.

Flexible Custom Design Fee
Mockup previews range from $0 to $500. Complimentary design work for straightforward requests, with fees applying to exceptionally detailed bespoke work.

CAD Refinements
Includes 3 complimentary CAD revisions to ensure perfection. We are dedicated to tweaking and perfecting the design according to your thoughts at every step.

Production Timeline
Most custom pieces take approximately 21 business days. Complex designs or specialized craftsmanship may take longer, and the timeline will be confirmed before ordering.

Gemstones & Semi-Mounts
We specialize in crafting custom semi-mounts tailored precisely to your heirloom or loose stone. Simply share your stone’s dimensions, and we will custom-make a mounting to perfectly cradle your special stone.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are not available for custom orders, but we happily accommodate exchanges. For your complete peace of mind, we employ a multi-step preview process, including reviewing the 3D mockups before crafting and the photos before shipment.

What types of custom jewelry can Noirva create?
We create custom engagement rings, wedding bands, bridal sets, rings, signets, necklaces, pendants, earrings, and bracelets. You can begin with an original idea or ask us to reinterpret an existing Noirva design.
Is there a minimum price for a custom project?
No. Noirva does not use a fixed starting price. Your quote is based on the design, materials, gemstones, scale, and craftsmanship required.
How long does custom jewelry take?
Most custom pieces take approximately 21 business days. Complex designs or specialized craftsmanship may require additional time. We will confirm any extended timeline before you place the order.
When is the $200 custom design fee charged?
The $200 custom design fee is required when you decide to proceed into the design stage. Submitting the inquiry form does not create an order or charge the fee.
How many CAD revisions are included?
Your initial CAD design includes up to three revisions. Further revisions can be requested for an additional fee.
Can Noirva use or set a gemstone I already own?
No. We do not receive or set customer-supplied gemstones. A semi-mount without the center stone can be created upon request.
Can a custom piece be returned or exchanged?
Custom pieces are non-returnable. An exchange may be accepted with a 35% exchange fee, subject to the applicable custom order terms.
What should I include in my request?
Share anything that helps us understand the idea: reference images, sketches, symbols, a Noirva product link, preferred stones and metal, approximate size, budget, and desired completion date.
