Its color change happens because the gemstone absorbs and reflects daylight and warm artificial light differently. The effect is completely natural, allowing the stone to reveal a new side of itself as the light changes.

Does every alexandrite show the same color change?

No. The strength, colors, and balance of the change vary from stone to stone. Some transformations are dramatic, while others are softer and more subtle—each one has its own personal expression.

Is your Alexandrite natural or lab-grown?

Our Alexandrite is lab-grown. It has the same essential chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural Alexandrite, including its signature response to changing light.

Will the color-changing effect fade over time?

No. The effect comes from the way the crystal interacts with different light sources, not from a surface coating. Normal wear will not cause the color change to disappear.

Production generally takes approximately 18–21 business days, depending on the production option selected when the order is placed. Because every item is individually made with care and attention to detail, this additional time supports a higher level of quality and craftsmanship.

  • Delivery time = production time + shipping time.
  • We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping within the United States.
  • International carriers are selected according to the destination country and the circumstances of each shipment.

 

1. Order Confirmation

Orders require crafting process before shipment. Processing time varies depending on product and the selected production type. Payment verification, holidays, and high order volume may delay production.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking links may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
