Introduction

From an environmental sustainability perspective, all Noirva items are made to order. This production approach helps minimize raw-material waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure that each piece is crafted specifically for the customer in optimal condition.

Production generally takes approximately 14–21 business days, depending on the production option selected when the order is placed. Because every item is individually made with care and attention to detail, this additional time supports a higher level of quality and craftsmanship.

  • Delivery time = production time + shipping time.
  • We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping within the United States.
  • International carriers are selected according to the destination country and the circumstances of each shipment.
  • A tracking number will be provided after the package has been dispatched.

Production Time

Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

  • General production time: 21 business days.
  • Expedited production time for sterling silver, gold-plated silver, and platinum: 18 business days.
  • Expedited production time (10K/14K/18K solid gold): 14 business days.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic (United States): 3–5 business days after production is completed.
  • Other regions: 5–10 business days after production is completed.
  • Couriers may not deliver on weekends. International shipments may also experience customs-clearance delays.

Shipping Fee

  • Domestic (United States): Free shipping.
  • Other regions: Generally USD $40–$100. Use the shipping calculator on the cart page to view the specific cost for your destination.
  • If the shipping address is inaccessible or cannot be served, we will contact you before production begins.

Customs Duties

  • Duty-free coverage: We cover customs duties for packages sent to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom where partner-warehouse arrangements apply.
  • Other regions: Customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges may be collected when the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

If a customer refuses delivery because of customs duties or import taxes, the customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges.
