PAYMENT OPTIONSIs this your biggest sale of the year?
Without a doubt! Our Black Friday & Cyber Monday event brings the biggest savings of the year. For non-custom orders, use code BFD15 for 15% OFF sitewide, or enjoy an automatic $300 OFF every $1,000 spent when eligible. These offers cannot be combined.
Is there a special Black Friday offer for custom jewelry?
Yes! Enjoy $200 OFF every $1,000 spent on custom jewelry with exclusive code BFC200.
Have a design in mind? Contact our custom design team to explore gemstones, settings, and personal details for a truly alternative piece.
Can I combine Black Friday offers with other discounts or promo codes?
Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or coupon codes. For non-custom orders, the 15% OFF offer requires code BFD15; the eligible $300 OFF every $1,000 spend-and-save discount applies automatically. These two offers do not stack. The custom jewelry offer requires code BFC200 and is separate from the non-custom offers.
Will my order take longer to ship during Black Friday?
Every piece is made to order, and we’ll do our best to complete it within your selected production timeframe. However, the holiday rush may bring unexpected delays. We recommend placing orders early and allowing some extra time for delivery.
Need your jewelry by a specific date? Contact our team before ordering, and we’ll help you explore the available options.
Can I return items purchased during the Black Friday sale?
Yes! Our standard 30-day return policy also applies to eligible Black Friday purchases. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Please note that customized and engraved pieces are not eligible for standard returns. Additional fees may apply to returns for non-quality reasons. For full details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
