At Noirva, every piece is made to order—a more considered approach to creation that helps reduce material waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction. Each design is crafted specifically for its wearer, allowing us to create with greater intention while keeping production purposeful and precise.

Production generally takes approximately 18–21 business days, depending on the production option selected when the order is placed. Because every item is individually made with care and attention to detail, this additional time supports a higher level of quality and craftsmanship.

• Delivery time = production time + shipping time.
• We primarily use USPS for domestic shipping within the United States.
• International carriers are selected according to the destination country and the circumstances of each shipment.

1. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information appears incorrect.

2. Processing Time

Orders require crafting process before shipment. Processing time varies depending on product and the selected production type. Payment verification, holidays, and high order volume may delay production.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking links may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.

5. Tracking Delays

Carrier tracking may not update immediately and can be delayed due to scanning intervals, customs processing, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or regional delivery limitations. A lack of recent tracking movement does not always mean the package is lost.

If your tracking information shows unusual delay, failed delivery, or delivery to an incorrect location, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to our support team with your order number. We will assist where possible, but final investigation outcomes may depend on the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check nearby delivery areas, building reception, mailrooms, neighbors, or household members. Contact the carrier promptly to open a delivery investigation if needed.

9. Customs and International Delivery

International orders may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, or local delivery procedures. These processes can affect delivery timelines and are outside Noirva's direct control unless otherwise stated at checkout.
